- Frank McWilson, Esq will present an interactive discussion regarding ethics as applied to interview juveniles. The discussion will include attorney-client privilege, the involvement of parents in the interview process, and incorporating information about adolescent development into interviews. If time permits, the discussion will include the impact of JJSES motivational interview strategies
